Return Eligibility
We support a 60-day return service for all products from the date of order receipt. Customers can apply for a return if you are not satisfied with the scent effect, receive damaged goods, or encounter product quality problems. All returned products must be kept in unused, unopened and intact condition with original packaging retained.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and verify your returned items, we will complete the refund processing within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account automatically.

Please submit a return application via the Contact page on our website. Our customer service team will reply and guide you through the return process as soon as possible. Customers do not need to bear any additional handling fees for eligible returns.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for products that are artificially damaged, used, missing original packaging, or returned exceeding the valid return period.
